Parade "step-off" at Talcott and Cumberland at 1:00
Pre-parade festivities in Hodges Park beginning at 12:00
noon
will include music, magicians and balloon art for children, crafts,
traditional Norwegian refreshments, and entertainment.
Parade Route.
The
Norwegian National League
and its member organizations also will host a Banquet to celebrate Norway's Constitution Day.
